Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).5+ years of professional experience with a diverse portfolio showcasing modern single-family homes and ADUs, with a focus on new construction.Demonstrated ability to envision aesthetic, functional, and feasible architectural solutions.Strong design and visualization skills with the aptitude to transform client visions into engaging narratives.Comfortable and empathetic with client interactions, guiding homeowners and developers through their design choices.Solid understanding of local codes, permitting, and entitlement practices, particularly for single-family homes and ADUs.A collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset, thriving in design-build environments.Proficient in software tools like Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital design platforms.Highly organized and responsive, adept at managing multiple design projects concurrently.A genuine passion for innovation and new design technologies (experience with AI, parametric, or computational design is a plus).Prior experience in a custom residential or design-build firm is strongly preferred.Why Join Us?
