Residential Architectural Drafter

We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our in-house design team and help bring Avimor’s homes to life from concept through construction. This isn’t a generic production role — you’ll be working on homes that range from thoughtfully designed mid-size residences to fully custom builds, each one tailored to the stunning foothills setting that makes Avimor unique. You’ll work closely with our design team to produce accurate, detailed construction documents and collaborate across departments to make sure every drawing is clear, coordinated, and ready to build from. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an architectural drafter specifically in residential homebuildingHands-on experience with both mid-size production homes and custom home projectsStrong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and permit documentationExcellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple drawings simultaneouslyAbility to take direction from markups and sketches and turn them into clean, buildable sets You’d be joining a company that genuinely cares about what it’s building — not just the homes, but the community around them.
