Residential Architectural Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to take ownership of custom residential projects from concept through documentation. This is a leadership role responsible for design direction, client relationships, and overall project execution. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of custom residential projects Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Guide projects through all phases, from concept to construction documents Oversee and direct Project Managers and Drafters Ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with firm standards Work extensively in Revit to develop and refine design solutions Requirements
