Residential Architectural Design Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to take ownership of custom residential projects from concept through documentation.

This is a leadership role responsible for design direction, client relationships, and overall project execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of custom residential projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Guide projects through all phases, from concept to construction documents
Oversee and direct Project Managers and Drafters
Ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with firm standards
Work extensively in Revit to develop and refine design solutions

Requirements

5–8+ years of residential design experience
Required: Experience with custom home projects
Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
Strong design sensibility and problem-solving ability
Proven ability to lead projects and communicate with clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Estimated Start Date: June 29, 2026
This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days/week)
We are not actively seeking students, but may consider exceptional candidates
We are looking for team members who want to grow within the firm over time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
