Residential Architectural Designer

In this role, you will work with the Senior Designer in residential renovation projects, transforming client visions into functional, beautiful spaces. Having the ability to independently take a project from design contract to approved permit. Ability to discuss and advocate for a project during plan review to achieve permitting in a timely manner. Skills Proficiency in Chief ArchitectStrong knowledge of construction processes including renovation techniques and interior design principlesExperience with project scheduling tools and construction management softwareExcellent communication skills with clients and contractorsAbility to create designs that fit the budgets effectivelySkilled in drafting detailed plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations for residential projectsFamiliarity with building codesQualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree 8+ years of relevant experience in residential design Proficiency in design software of Chief Architect Why Join Us?
