Accredited professional degree in Architecture.10+ years of post-graduate experience.Active architect license/registration; LEED accreditation is a plus.Experience in commercial and multi-family residential projects.Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.Ability to build client relationships and manage consultant teams.Proven skills in defining project milestones and facilitating meetings.Proficient in Revit, Project Management Software, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Outlook.Passion for creative, collaborative, and client-focused design.Skillful in maintaining effective communication between teams and clients.Key Responsibilities: Lead project development and guide teams from inception to completion.Oversee the architectural team and coordinate engineering efforts across various scales and budgets.Understand jurisdictional requirements, including building codes and sustainability initiatives.Direct the creation of project documentation, ensuring thorough knowledge of contract documents, specifications, and shop-drawings.Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality assurance/quality control of design documents.Engage in construction observation and administration, monitoring project budgets and offering value engineering insights.Work collaboratively, fostering relationships while mentoring emerging professionals.Exhibit strong technical skills with tools such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.Lead meetings with internal and external clients regarding architectural development.Review RFI and contractor submissions to ensure adherence to design intent.Conduct on-site observations and document reviews, approving quality of materials and workmanship.Potential for supervisory responsibilities, including training and evaluating team members in line with company policies.About Cushing Terrell: Why Choose Cushing Terrell?
