Various teaching strategies, learning styles, and delivery methods including new technology systems will be utilized to reach this goal. The RC/ARC teaching position will teach, lecture and instruct laboratory course work in various Architecture and Construction related curriculum.The successful candidate must demonstrate experience, skills, and commitment to fostering an environment of belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion in students, faculty, and staff.Demonstrate a commitment to the mission and vision of Delta College.Prepares, teaches, and evaluates assigned instructional courses (classroom and lab).Updates course syllabi to reflect changes.Advises students as it relates to school policies, satisfactory performance, etc.Provides curriculum insight and guidance regarding continuous improvement initiatives for the program.Integrate international and intercultural experiences in the college, community, and curriculum.Serves as liaison regarding program content and delivery between the program faculty and the Program Chair, Associate/Academic Deans and/or Campus President.Participates in program advisory committee meetings as required.Develops supplemental teaching materials to augment courses.Creates, maintains, and updates course information as well as grades.Implements new teaching strategies as appropriate.Evaluates textbooks for relevancy, quality and currency and makes recommendations as necessary as per established policy.Maintains accurate records of students’ attendance and performance.Adheres to assigned teaching load/hours.Integrates new technology in instructional delivery…
