The Opportunity We are looking for a Residential Drafter / Designer to lead the design and drafting work on our remodeling projects. Within 3–6 months, you are independently managing the design portion of multiple remodeling projects from initial client meeting through handoff to production. What We're Looking For Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain options, set expectations, and collaborate with both homeowners and field teams.
