They are looking for an ambitious candidate that is fluent in AutoCAD and has the ability to produce structural designs and details for residential buildings under tight time constraints. Excellent AutoCAD skills2-6 years residential home design experience in the building industryExperienced in wood-framed constructionFamiliarity in building codes a plusUnderstanding of building envelope requirementsStrong writing/grammar skillsAble to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with Architects, Builders, and OwnersStrong organization and time management skills which includes the ability to multi-task and run multiple projects concurrentlywillingness to work longer days and weekends as required – overtime eligible. Position is full-time in office, not remote.
