Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior architecture, or a closely related field3+ years of professional experience in architectural design, store planning, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in AutoCAD for creating, modifying, and managing construction documents and fixture plansExperience working with construction documents and drawing sets, including layout plans and fixture plansExperience with consultant coordination workflows, including reviewing and integrating external drawing setsExperience using Bluebeam Revu or similar tools for markups, reviews, and document coordinationStrong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and consistent drawing setsAbility to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environmentWorking knowledge of Revit, with the ability to create or revise fixture plans considered a strong plusExperience in high-volume retail store planning or similar multi-site roll-out environments is advantageousWork Environment Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
