The Architectural Development Sales Rep is responsible for driving demand for our commercial roofing systems by developing and influencing project specifications with roofing consultants, architects, and other design professionals. This role focuses on building long‑term relationships with key specifiers, identifying upcoming projects, and ensuring our products are positioned as the basis of design or approved equals. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the design community to promote the company’s roofing systems, assemblies, and warranties. • Track and report specification activity, project pipeline, and conversion rates in CRM. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, building envelope, or construction materials (sales, technical, or specification-related).
