An immediate opening for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to help design and build our Salesforce platform as part of a major digital transformation. Designing and leading the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions that enable the seamless delivery of services to our members through technology. Strong understanding of the Salesforce Trust Layer and secure data handling requirements for financial services. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, applied statistics, or a closely related field and ten years of experience related to technical Customer Relationship Management (CRM) architecture, system integration, or enterprise solutions engineering (six of which must be progressive, hands‑on experience across the Salesforce ecosystem, including platform expertise, technical architecture, solution leadership, custom development, and advanced configuration) are required.
