Salesforce Architect (Healthcare Experience)Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Remote Duration: Long Term C2CPay rate: $60/hr to $70/hrExperiance: 8 yearsPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong healthcare domain experience for a long-term remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading architecture discussions, and driving end-to-end implementation initiatives across healthcare-focused business environments. The candidate should possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, security, and healthcare workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.Lead Salesforce implementation, integration, migration, and enhancement projects.Work closely with healthcare business teams to understand workflows, compliance requirements, and operational needs.Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Ensure platform security, scalability, reliability, and compliance standards.Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business analysts.Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution specifications.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture expertise.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform.Strong healthcare industry experience is mandatory.Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce security model.Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and governance.Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Architect certifications preferred.Experience with Healthcare Cloud is a plus.Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
