Salesforce Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other architects to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical best practices.
Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical designs using Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for Salesforce development, configuration, and integration.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to design principles, coding standards, and high-quality deliverables.
Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouses), designing efficient and reliable data flows and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Middleware).
Conduct comprehensive technical reviews, code reviews, and architectural assessments to ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to security standards.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other architects to define project scope, estimates, technical roadmaps, and release strategies.
Stay current with Salesforce product releases, new features, industry trends, and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and benefits for the organization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, data models, and integration maps.
Act as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, advising on complex technical challenges, strategic decisions, and platform governance.
Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and solution design for prospective clients when required.
Ensure solutions are designed with scalability, maintainability, and user experience in mind.
