What You’ll Do     

Serves as the technical leader for Salesforce Revenue Cloud,CPQ projects remote/onsite for our clients.Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ platformLead solutioning for strategic sales pursuits by shaping winning proposals, presenting solution vision and business value to senior executive stakeholders, and partnering with account teams to drive successful deal outcomes.Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionalityProvide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developersFollow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitionsProvide expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effortPresent to potential clients during sales efforts and be able to pull together quick proof of concepts as neededDemonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentationsCoach and mentor junior technical and functional team membersAbility to lead or participate in technical integration discussions and design workshopsAbility to create high level architecture diagrams that you can relate to both technical and business minded individualsAbility to optimize product configurations and guided selling pathsAct as the solution owner during the project, ensuring the projects scope and outcomes are on trackTravel Requirement: Up to 50%What You’ll Bring

7+ years of CRM industry experience and/or CPQ implementation experience2+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, 6+ years in CPQ (preferred), Apttus, ServiceNow CPQ (Logik),Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Fusion CRM, or other similar enterprise-level applicationsUnderstanding of complementary CPQ, Billing applications such as DocuSign, Zoura, Stripe Billing and Avalara TaxMinimum 3 years of Salesforce platform experience (4+ years preferred)Complete understanding of data models and product/pricing master data managementExperience in B2B or B2C E-Commerce is highly desiredExcellent client-facing written and oral communications skillsPrior experience as a Solution Architect or similar role on 3+ projects that were at least 6 months in durationActive Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire with in first several monthsAbout Us

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

East Bay, San Francisco, Silicon Valley:

Principal: $190,000-232,000Senior Principal: $222,000-271,000San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:

Principal: $174,000-213,000Senior Principal: $204,000-249,000All other locations:

Principal: $160,000-195,000Senior Principal: $187,000-228,000 In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
