Salesforce Solutions Architect (W2 ROLE )

Salesforce We seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to provide architecture leadership for our Salesforce ecosystem within Shared Services Enterprise Applications, with a primary focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud. This role defines the organization-level solution direction for Salesforce-enabled capabilities and ensures solutions are scalable, secure, integration-driven, and aligned with divisional technology strategy. You will partner closely with business leaders, engineering managers, System Architects, and a peer Salesforce Solution Architect to shape the future of our Salesforce platform. Strong experience with: • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud • MuleSoft and API-led integration architecture • Event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC) • Zero-copy and data virtualization integration strategies • Data modeling and governance in regulated environments • Identity, access, and security architecture • CI/CD and DevOps practices for cloud platforms
