As a Salesforce Technical Architect Lead at Crowe, you will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative and highly technical Salesforce solutions for our clients. 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a Technical Architect role.Client-facing consulting experience.In-depth expertise with the Force.com platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Heroku, complemented by functional knowledge of the complete product suite.Preferred experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce.Proficient in producing System Architecture Design Documents, Integration Flows, UI mock-ups, and wireframes.Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect preferred) or equivalent experience.Passionate about addressing complex business challenges with scalable technology solutions.Demonstrated ownership of the full Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including structured code management, environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies.Experience in leading development teams, ensuring adherence to best development and integration practices.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a capacity to function effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments, whether in a team or as an individual contributor.Flexibility to contribute to builds and deliverables as needed, and a commitment to mentoring team members and expanding their knowledge.This position requires a minimum of 20% travel.We warmly welcome talent from across the United States and are open to considering remote candidates.Build a Successful Future in Consulting
