Fiori Architect Position
Must Have's:
Very Deep Fiori knowledge on SAP ECC.Implemented internet facing Fiori apps.Deep understanding of security structure for external users (not internal employees).Hands on experience installing Fiori frontend server in an AIX environment. AIX experience preferred but UNIX is mandatory.Fiori in a non-HANA environment.Understanding security including SAML and Single Sign On. Hands on experience in implementing Single Sign on for internet facing Fiori Apps.Experience configuring SAP Web Dispatcher or other reverse proxy.ABAP knowledge and deep end to end architecture knowledge.Responsibilities:
Authenticate user to ensure they have access to their companies work queueAllow a dispatcher to assign out new work to one of their field service techniciansAllow technician (through their personal device) access to their individual work queue and view details of individual work items (eg. store location, equipment requiring service, problem being reported, etc.)Allow technician to receive push notifications when new high severity work is assigned to themAllow technician to 'check in' upon arrival at the store to begin work and record devices location at 'check in' to ensure technician is actually on siteAllow technician to take before and after images using their personal device and have those images be captured as part of their work orderAllow technician to log root cause, resolution steps and parts usage to work orderAllow technician to update status of work order to show as resolved or some other interim state if resolution cannot be reachedAllow technician to 'check out' when work is complete and record devices location at 'check out' to ensure technician still on siteAllow a store associate to sign off on technicians personal device indicating that they agree the work was performed successfullyAllow technician to record travel costs associated with work order visitWe need a Fiori architect that can assist us with the following:
The environmental architecture of the Fiori solution that addresses how to handle the traffic from the user's device through our DMZ into our network and then accessing data from within the SAP firewall and back out again.How should non-production environment be configured to support the production setupHow will we authenticate external vendors into our solution and how will we manage and distribute the application to these folksHow can we build a Fiori application that integrates seamlessly with the device hardware (camera, location, etc.) and push these elements back into out SAP landscape as dataAdditional skills:
