Segment Leader - Huntsville

Develop and implement strategic market plans in collaboration with the Practice Leader to enhance brand presence and market share.Partner with studio and office leadership to achieve strategic goals.Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify and pursue opportunities.Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, internal/external clients, and industry influencers.Serve as the primary client interface for the practice in respective market, building and maintaining strong connections.Engage from initial marketing stages through construction completion.In conjunction with the Project Delivery Leader and Project Manager(s), evaluate studio efficiency and effectiveness in terms of staff, business, and financial operations.In conjunction with the Project Delivery Leader and Project Manager(s), monitor staffing, utilization, and growth across the studio. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field) and licensed to practiceAt least ten years of combined internship and professional experience, including managing teams and projectsProven experience in a leadership role within the commercial design sector.Ability to think creatively and strategically.Expertise in design, project management, estimating needs and budgets, and delivering projects on timeExcellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate and guide teams while maintaining confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with Adobe software, and strong knowledge of building technologyHighly organized, quick to learn, attentive to detail, and able to work both independently and collaborativelyStrong analytical and organizational skills.Demonstrates cultural awareness and sensitivity The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
