Design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures aligned with business and technical objectivesLead solution architecture, prototyping, and technical design for AI and Generative AI initiativesTranslate business requirements into architecture diagrams, design documentation, and implementation roadmapsPartner with data, platform, integration, and application teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise systemsGuide engineering teams on implementation approaches, best practices, and architecture standardsDevelop enterprise AI platform capabilities that can support multiple business use casesEstablish integration patterns between AI solutions and enterprise applications such as SAP and SalesforceEnsure compliance with AI governance, security, risk management, and responsible AI standardsEvaluate emerging AI technologies, external partners, and proof-of-value opportunitiesPresent architecture strategies and recommendations to business and technology leadershipSkills & Experience You Should Possess

Proven experience designing and delivering production AI/ML solutions in enterprise environmentsStrong background in AI architecture, platform design, and enterprise technology integrationHands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI solutions, and modern AI frameworksDeep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including training, deployment, inference, monitoring, and evaluationExperience architecting cloud-based AI solutions using AWS and/or GCPAbility to rapidly prototype solutions and guide teams through production implementationExperience integrating AI platforms with enterprise systems and data ecosystemsStrong knowledge of AI governance, security controls, responsible AI practices, and risk management frameworksExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomesDemonstrated success collaborating across architecture, engineering, product, and leadership teamsBonus Points If You Have

Experience with Databricks and modern data platform architecturesExposure to Azure cloud services and AI workloadsExperience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, or Avaya environmentsUtility industry experienceAI, Cloud, or Data certifications such as Databricks, AWS, GCP, or equivalent credentialsExperience scaling enterprise AI platforms across multiple business domainsExperience supporting conversational AI, voice AI, or agentic AI solutionsEducation & Certifications You Need

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related fieldAdvanced degree in a relevant discipline is beneficialAI, Machine Learning, Cloud, Databricks, AWS, or GCP certifications are highly desirableWhat We Offer

Competitive Compensation -$100-$108 per hour.
