Communicating project concerns and opportunities regarding assigned tasks with Project Lead.Collaborating with the project team and resources in design exploration and documentation.-Additionally, you may be expected to lead one or multiple projects (which may include all project phases for new builds, additions, and renovations) by: This includes scheduling internal and external meetings to support the process within the planned hours.Teaming with the Client Leader to revise and adapt the Project Plan as required.Connecting collaborating with Project Resources to support project quality.Leading phases of the co-creation process with the client and team.Communicating staff tasks, project expectations, and support needs to the team and Studio Directors.Coordinating the project design with consultants, business partners and internal project team.Leading Construction administration services including site observations and submittals reviews.Submitting jurisdictional authority documentation as required.Communicating with the client as to data gathering needs and schedule adjustments to support project completion and success.Fulfilling unique tasks or client requests as agreed to with the Client Lead. Contributing to a collaborative, integrated design Studio, assisting the Project Development Directors in a variety of annual internal research, process, and standardization efforts.
