Senior Architect

BSA is seeking a design-driven Architect to join our St. Louis studio. Teach, guide, support and develop the work of architectural team members.Guide the delivery decisions of architectural staff to deliver high quality solutions that meet our client’s challenges. Prior work in healing, learning, or discovery environments preferred.Experience on larger projects, with more oversight of the project scope, is preferred.Expertise/Mastery of concepts from Sr Architect I.A point of view on the future of architecture and awareness of current trends and innovation.Demonstrate knowledge of sustainability strategies and associated rating systems.Why BSA?
