Senior Architect

This person will be responsible for meeting with clients, guiding them through our custom design process, and delivering a high-quality designed home that fits all of the client’s needs and budget. Responsibilities: • Design and production of conceptual plans/sketches and eventual development into a buildable set of construction documents. • Ensuring development of ideas is consistent with client’s needs and budget. • Experience with construction/design in steep slope sites is a bonus. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture • Registered Architect in South Carolina (or NCARB certificate also acceptable) • Lives and Works in the Greenville SC or Western NC areas • 5+ years’ experience • Examples of work showcasing creativity and experience • Strong familiarity and experience with relevant building products, construction detailing, codes, regulations, and quality standards.
