Lead and coordinate all phases of architectural projects, from concept through construction Drive project development, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and consultant coordination Lead and participate in client, stakeholder, and agency meetings, particularly for aviation and public-sector projects Prepare and guide conceptual, schematic, and design development solutions, including renovations and restoration efforts Support and oversee design and production teams, including mentoring junior staff and intern architects Perform construction administration services, including shop drawing review, RFIs, site visits, and punch lists Execute final preparation and quality control of all design documents (drawings, reports, and specifications) Apply deep knowledge of building codes, aviation regulations, and restoration standards to ensure compliance Contribute to business development efforts, such as proposal development, qualifications packages, interviews, and client relationship building Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities within aviation, municipal, and restoration markets Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred) Licensed Architect (RA) or actively pursuing licensure Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience with an A/E consulting or construction-related firm Demonstrated experience with aviation facilities, such as terminals, hangars, support buildings, or airside/landside infrastructure (preferred) Experience with restoration, renovation, or historic preservation projects is highly desirable Strong planning and organizational skills with proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously Extensive knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and construction administration practices Advanced proficiency in Revit and architectural production workflows Excellent communication skills, including technical writing, public speaking, and client presentations Interest and experience in mentoring and developing junior staff High attention to detail with experience in quality control and assurance oversight Collaborative team player who positively contributes to office culture and firm growth Interest in business development, client engagement, and long‑term relationship building As a full-service professional AEC firm, our technical teams specialize in traffic engineering, sustainability, program management, design-build, construction observation, 3D visualization, and virtual infrastructure services and solutions.
