Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading design on complex projects.Experience in Project Management, including coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication.Familiarity with Integration of building systems and multidisciplinary coordination within architectural projects.Understanding of Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM, or digital workflows is a plus.Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices.Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive studio culture.Interest in thoughtful, human-centered design and a commitment to high-quality, ethical professional practice.
