Lead a multidiscipline team and perform layout and detailing on architectural projectsEstablish owner/client and internal meetings, and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code complianceConduct work sessions at project site in conjunction with project team and other disciplinesCoordinate workload of internal team members through completion of documents on scheduleReview architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplinesLeads a small team of less senior designer or technicians in developing solutions to technical and design detail problems following established standards.Perform QA/QC and technical reviews for other team membersProvide construction administrationSupports the marketing and business development activitiesPerform other duties as needed Compensation is based on experience, qualifications and education .
