Our approximately 12,000 employees are critical in the delivery of quality services to the residents of the City of San Antonio. Under direction, is responsible for performing professional work managing the development, review, and approval of the design and construction of City buildings and facilities and for providing technical assistance to other related building construction as directed by the City Architect. Establishes and supervises the setting of preliminary programs, budgets, and schedules to meet project needs and makes recommendations to the City Architect on the project delivery method. Licensed to practice as a Registered Architect in the State of Texas.
