Senior Architect

Richard Turlington Architects is seeking a Senior Architect with the experience and judgment to lead complex work through design, documentation, and construction. This position is suited to an architect who is equally strong in design development, technical execution, consultant leadership, and client communication. Our portfolio includes higher education, healthcare, hospitality, workplace, adaptive reuse, and specialized institutional environments, with commissions ranging from focused interior interventions to complex campus and infrastructure projects. Our studio structure provides a singular level of access to leadership, decision-making, and meaningful project influence. At RTA, senior architects play a central role in advancing project quality, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and translating design intent into built work with consistency and discipline.
