As a Senior Architect with The JDI Group, you’ll lead project architectural design from concept through construction documents, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail at every step.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project architectural design from concept to construction documents
Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines and project managers to deliver integrated solutions
Work directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Supervise bid and permitting processes, and provide construction administration support
Analyze and document building codes and regulatory standards to ensure compliance
Mentor emerging professionals, sharing your knowledge and expertise
Prepare project specifications and serve as a technical resource to the team

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Basic understanding of Revit and AutoCAD
Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, both in writing and verbally
Minimum of 10 years of experience preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
CAPM or PMP certification is preferred
Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000/year depending on education, experience, and any certifications directly related to the position
