Senior Architect

This position reports to the Architectural Team Leader and is responsible for contributing to multiple projects types across the region and across the nation. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. Drive project execution, along with the project manager, working closely with clients, consultants, team members, and other project contributors.Guide and manage a team of architects, engineers, and production staff to deliver innovative projects that exceed client expectations.Lead research into relevant code, materials and systems, and client-specific prompts, leveraging derived insights to create unique and innovative design solutions.Develop thoughtful technical solutions and manage the delivery of clear and concise project documentation.Seek opportunities to contribute to design excellence by playing an active role in a collaborative design process.Participate in the conceptual design of projects and provide full support through the entire project life cycle.Develop and represent lead technical viewpoint on projectsReview completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculationsPrepare graphics, presentations, contract drawings, and regulatory submissionsOrganize and maintain project record information and drawingsCoordinate with clients, project consultants, and engineersPlan and supervise design and/or technical work of less senior architects and techniciansWhat You Will Bring: Benefits You Will Love In addition to offering competitive pay, we provide employees with a robust set of unique benefits, including:
