We are searching for a Senior Architect to join our growing Architecture team in either one of the following Pond offices (Atlanta, GA; Savannah, GA; Jacksonville, FL; Columbia, SC; Charlotte, NC; New Orleans, LA). The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of related architectural design experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will prepare architectural designs, prepare scale drawings and contract documents, follow project design guides and templates, and research materials and assemble details ensuring understanding of materials and methods while mentoring junior/mid-level engineering professionals and supporting proposal efforts. Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to building systems design. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter and can move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation.
