At least five (5) years of experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation or something similar. At least five (5) years of experience providing operational support, maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution for cloud-based infrastructure services, including server-based workloads hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or comparable public cloud platforms. At least ten (10) years of experience performing IT infrastructure engineering, administration, and operations support for enterprise computing environments, including physical and virtual servers, cloud-based instances, storage systems, backup platforms, and related infrastructure components. Experience with public cloud infrastructure services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure, such as, Amazon Elastic Block StoreAWS (EBS), Amazon Virtual Private CloudAWS (VPC), AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, and identity and access management services. The proposed project person will be able to adhere to the hybrid working model by working on-site 2-3 days per week at CalSTRS Headquarters, West Sacramento, CA.
