Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the architectural design process from conception to completion. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
Ensure that all designs meet technical and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development.
Create and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure efficient project delivery.
Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and designers.
Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in architectural design.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure design accuracy and completeness.
Identify and resolve any design issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to enhance project efficiency and quality.
