Senior Architect

Assist with meeting with potential clients and describing our process, demonstrating our value, gathering information in order to give a proposalRepresent the company effectively at tradeshows and local events (limited basis)Effective supporting role to the design manager in sales and leads responsibilities Assist with gathering site and project zoning information in an organized manner for later referenceSet up new project Revit files per NEW standardsCode review as necessaryPerform initial site visits for some projects, along with design kickoffs Set up construction drawing sets within RevitDraw plans, elevations, sections and details in Revit with little redlining from Design ManagerCoordinate as needed with consultants and contractorsMeet/manage deadlines specific to constructionManage client communication and set up client meetingsMisc. 5+ years of experience in an architectural settingAbility to use Autodesk Revit to model and complete construction drawingsBasic skill in Microsoft Word and Excel (other MS Office programs a plus)Strong Written and Verbal communication skillsStrong creative problem-solving skillsAbility to manage and communicate effectively with clients and coworkersAbility to juggle multiple project deadlinesBackground and competency in construction practices and technical detailing Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
