Senior Architect

BL Companies growing and looking for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will work in close partnership with Senior Project Managers and other disciplines to deliver exceptional architectural services for our clients. This individual will take a leadership role in managing the technical aspects of design and documentation across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the technical design and production process from concept through construction.Coordinate and oversee project teams to deliver design solutions that meet client specifications, with a strong emphasis on detailing and constructability.Serve as the technical authority and primary resource for project teams and clients.Ensure quality assurance and control of construction documents, focusing on detail accuracy and buildability.Mentor and support the growth of junior staff through hands-on guidance and technical training.Contribute to a collaborative project environment and uphold BL Companies' values of accountability, proactivity, and integrity.
