Senior Architect

Under the direction of the Project Executive, the Senior Architect is responsible for project management, design, and preparation of drawings, specification, and cost estimates for a variety of architectural projects. Provide supervision to in-house staff regarding division policies, procedure, and project coordination as it relates to the project designs. Perform contract administration and supervise construction and resident engineers assigned to construction projects. Ability to effectively manage and coordinate the work of architects and other designers in the architectural design discipline. This position has the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule, which is defined by the University as an arrangement where an employee’s work is regularly performed at a location other than the campus workspace for a portion of the week.
