Overview VCBO Architecture is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design and delivery on impactful projects across a range of sectors. Lead design, technical direction, and documentation for complex architectural projects Mentor and guide interdisciplinary teams Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal staff to align design vision and execution Oversee quality and consistency from concept through construction Represent the firm in presentations and stakeholder meetings Contribute to firmwide design and technical initiatives Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 10+ years of professional experience Licensure Strong Revit proficiency; familiarity with additional design and BIM tools a plus Experience across multiple project types, with civic and/or historic project experience Clear communicator with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage complex work Energy Jobline wishes you the very best of luck in your next career move.
