Lead design, technical direction, and documentation for complex architectural projectsMentor and guide interdisciplinary teamsCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal staff to align design vision and executionOversee quality and consistency from concept through constructionRepresent the firm in presentations and stakeholder meetingsContribute to firmwide design and technical initiatives Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture10+ years of professional experienceLicensure preferredStrong Revit proficiency; familiarity with additional design and BIM tools a plusExperience across multiple project types, with civic and/or historic project experience preferredClear communicator with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage complex work
