About VCBO Key Responsibilities • Lead design, technical direction, and documentation for complex architectural projects • Contribute to and uphold principles of classical architecture, proportion, materiality, and detailing where appropriate • Mentor and guide interdisciplinary teams, supporting both design excellence and technical rigor • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and internal staff to align design vision, execution, and long-term goals • Oversee quality and consistency from concept through construction, with careful attention to design intent • Represent the firm in presentations and stakeholder meetings, fostering trust-based client relationships • Contribute to firmwide design standards, technical initiatives, and best practices
