Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture / architecture interiorsBachelor’s Degree in ArchitectureLicensureStrong knowledge of local Building Codes, IBC, ADA and life safety requirements and the ability to navigate local city / municipality requirementsGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a teamAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficientlyStrong written and verbal communication skills
