Senior Architect, Contract Lifecycle Management Applications

The Senior Architect, CLM Applications is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the enterprise architecture for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions across the organization. Define system platform and project scope and remain actively engaged through implementation.Provide design and architecture guidance to project teams executing tactical projects and initiatives.Translate business requirements into specific solutions, applications, or process designs in collaboration with project teams.Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one area, such as system platform design, business process, software and hardware architecture, project management, or industry practices.Identify and evaluate integration opportunities for lower tier systems. Working hands-on experience with Malbek CLM, including exposure to configuration and/or implementation.Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, relationship management, and the ability to drive objectives forward.Recognized expertise within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform(s)Expert knowledge in at least one discipline, such as Contract Lifecycle Management or Configuration Management.Strong technical knowledge of technical languages or data management systems, middleware and direct API connectorsAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to the appropriate levels of management.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strict attention to detail.Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control For California, the base pay range for this position is $139,000 to $196,000 (highly experienced).
