Senior Architect, Design

The Senior Architect, Design will be responsible for leading the design and execution of resort residential, multifamily housing, and hospitality projects. This position requires a balance of creative architectural expertise and project management skills, ensuring the successful development of projects from conception to completion. Experience: 8–15+ years of progressive experience in architecture, with a strong focus on resort residential, multifamily housing, and/or hospitality project types. Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage internal teams, consultants, and client relationships. Travel to project sites may be required.
