Senior Architect - Design & Development

The Senior Architect plans and develops architectural projects of all sizes, scope, and works under minimal supervision with the ability to navigate unique and/or controversial complexities. Due to growth, we are looking to add a Senior Architect to the team with a focus on team leadership and major project execution. Use your 15+ years of experience and background and expertise in construction materials, building and energy code, and deep industry knowledge to plan and develop architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities that significantly impact major company programs. As a natural collaborator, lead and coordinate the documents and clarification efforts as well as submittal review and site observations during bidding and construction administration which will require an exploration of the subject area, a strong scope definition, selection of items for investigation, and development of novel concepts and methods. As a leader, manage and coordinate the team and their progress on projects, create and conduct presentations to the team and clients and step in to run team meetings in the absence of the Principal in Charge.
