Required Skills and Knowledge Provide decisive guidance and direction in regard to the management of technical aspects of engineering related to building structures. Professional Experience shall consist of seven (7) years of experience in management of facility construction projects including supervision of engineering, design and construction, schedule control, cost management and program budgeting, and overall project management activities.
