About the Opportunity
Play a leadership role in growing RS&H’s Building Architecture and Design Service Group
Work across Corporate, Aerospace, Healthcare, and Science & Technology markets
Build strong, lasting client relationships in a high‑growth regional market
Collaborate with a nationally recognized, multi‑disciplinary team
Have a direct impact on culture, team development, and design excellence
Eligible to purchase and own company stock
What You’ll Do
This is a highly visible role that blends design leadership, mentorship, and client engagement.
Lead multi‑disciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, and engineers
Serve as a trusted advisor to our regional and national clients
Drive design excellence from concept through construction
Mentor and develop junior architects and designers
Champion BIM and emerging design technologies to enhance project delivery
Oversee drawings, specifications, and design documentation
Conduct design analysis, site studies, and cost evaluations
Perform quality control reviews and ensure key milestones are met
Participate in field observations and construction administration
Partner with Project Managers on budgeting, scheduling, and staffing
Support business development through proposals, interviews, and presentations
