Senior Architect - Healthcare

Lead and oversee all phases of healthcare projects from Notice to Proceed through completionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, healthcare administrators, and stakeholdersRepresent the firm in all project-related matters on a day-to-day basisCoordinate and direct internal teams and external consultantsEnsure clear communication between clients, project teams, and consultantsApply knowledge of healthcare design standards, codes, and regulations (FGI, HIPAA, NFPA Life Safety, etc. )Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and jurisdictional requirementsLead planning and design for healthcare environments including senior living, clinics, hospitals, and specialty facilitiesCoordinate with medical equipment planners and specialized consultantsOversee production and coordination of construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCADEnsure integration of architectural drawings with consultant disciplinesConduct code analysis and review specifications, materials, and building systemsPerform ongoing and final quality reviews of construction documentsEnsure compliance with firm standards and healthcare regulationsConduct peer reviews on other projects assignedPersonnel: Lead and mentor project teams including Project Managers, Job Captains, and DraftersReview team deliverables to ensure quality and accuracyCollaborate with leadership on resource allocation and staffing needsFinancial: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited programLicensed ArchitectMinimum 7+ years of experience, with a strong focus on healthcare projectsProven experience managing complex projects and leading teamsStrong knowledge of healthcare codes, regulations, and design standardsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard architectural toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsEqual Opportunities Architecture with focus on healthcare projects: 7 years (Preferred)License/Certification:
