Senior Architect -Hotel and Hospitality Experience

LK Architecture is seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience, specializing in hotel and hospitality projects. Support all phases of hospitality projects from concept through constructionAssist in planning and design of hospitality environments including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developmentsPrepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCADParticipate in client meetings and assist in presenting design conceptsApply sustainable design principles and explore innovative materials and technologiesParticipate in project meetings and assist in presenting design conceptsPerform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of documentsAssist with coordination between architectural and consultant disciplinesDesign & Technical Expectations: Demonstrate strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skillsApply knowledge of hospitality design standards and brand requirementsUtilize design software and tools for production and visualizationExercise sound judgment on routine project decisionsCollaborate with senior staff on complex design or technical challengesRequirements: Experience: Wichita, KS 67202: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Preferred)
