Senior Architect, LR

The Architect will serve as a project leader for new and existing clients while also engaging in client relationship development and maintenance. Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheld Coordinate, guide and lead the design and project meetings with clients and project team Participate with the regional and home-office team to present final products to our clients and key stakeholders Identify, communicate, and document deviations in the project scope while managing client and stakeholder expectations Coordinate and lead design and project meetings with clients and project team. Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in the state of AR within 60 days of hire 5 - 7 years' experience.
