Senior Architect | Mixed-Use & Multifamily Development

You’ll work directly with ownership and the development team, influence major decisions from site planning and early design through construction, and see your ideas carried through to the communities we ultimately own and operate. You’ll lead exciting multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and transit-oriented projects while helping shape the design standards and direction of a growing development platform. Work directly with our team and/or consultants on major design, planning, technical, and constructability decisions. Proven experience in architectural design with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and/or urban development. Strong construction documentation, detailing, code, and consultant-coordination skills.
