Strengthen the firm as a domestic leader in the multi-family housing Market SectorHelp to facilitate and secure multi-family residential related projects throughout the firmHelp to develop a thriving and stable multi-family residential studio Lead Design and Programming efforts for multi-family residential related projectsLicensed Architect with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in architecture with a main focus of your career in the multi-family residential industryBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institutionProven track record of successfully leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion, including experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource managementStrong design portfolio showcasing innovative solutions and creativity in the multi-family residential sectorIn-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to multi-family residential facilitiesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, clients, and stakeholdersAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
