Senior Architect, NWA

Position Purpose

The Architect will serve as a project leader for new and existing clients while also engaging in client relationship development and maintenance. They will direct design efforts throughout the design and construction phases of multiple projects.

Lead, manage, and produce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheldCoordinate, guide and lead the design and project meetings with clients and project teamParticipate with the regional and home-office team to present final products to our clients and key stakeholdersIdentify, communicate, and document deviations in the project scope while managing client and stakeholder expectationsCoordinate and lead design and project meetings with clients and project team.Participate in the development and maintenance of existing client relationships while fostering new client relationshipsLead and participate in project interviews for new projectsActively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivityTravel: up to 25%

Competencies

Exceptional Revit and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication and time management skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, VantagePoint

Qualifications / Prior Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in the state of AR within 60 days of hire5 - 7 years’ experience.Design experience in Industrial, Healthcare and Manufacturing facilities is preferred.
